Basic Estate Planning:
• Simple Will: £150 – £300
• Mirror Wills (couple): £250 – £500
• 1 LPA: £150 – £300
• 2 LPAs (for both types): £250 – £500
• Combined Will + 2 LPAs: £350 – £600
Complex Estate Planning:
• Complex Will with Trusts & Tax Planning: £1,000 – £5,000
• Trust Creation and Administration: £1,000 – £3,000 for setup, £500 – £2,000 annually for administration.
Estate Administration:
• Hourly Rate for Estate Admin: £150 – £350 per hour
• Percentage Fee for Estate Admin: 1% – 2% of estate value
Ongoing Services:
• Annual Estate Plan Reviews: £250 – £500 annually
Uncontested Probate Case
Our legal cost for uncontested probate cases is based on the complexity and the value of the estate. We may charge you 1.5% of the value of total asset or at hourly rate of £200 (excluding VAT).
We anticipate that such cases take between 10 and 20 hours work at an average. Thus, the costs are estimated to be between £2,000 and £4,000 (excluding VAT)
Applying for Grant of Probate
We charge a fixed fees of £850 (excluding VAT) to obtain a straightforward Grant of Probate.

Our fees estimation is based on the following assumptions:
• There is a valid will
• There is no more than one property
• There are more than 5 bank accounts
• There are no shareholdings (stocks and bonds) in the estate
• There are no other intangible assets
• There are no more than 5 beneficiaries
• There are no disputes between beneficiaries on division of assets. If disputes arise this is likely to lead to an increase in costs
• The executors do not need to submit a full account to HMRC
• There are no claims made against the estate
