Theo is a solicitor and previously Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx). Theo holds a Law Degree (Hons) in Business Law and an MBA in International Oil and Gas Management which he studied at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), the University of Dundee.

Theo is an accomplished business lawyer with extensive knowledge of accounting and finance and is thus well placed to advise businesses on both regulatory and practical solutions to the issues that they are facing.

Theo has spent much of his career working as a consultant advising governments on regulatory and policy issues in the energy sector as well as facilitating private companies in their quest for oil blocks in Africa. He currently oversees our commercial and private client departments.

Theo has a keen interest in martial art and football and spends most of his free time coaching children and young people.
